Beginner Gymnastics at Elite Gymnastics Center

Beginner Class (Ages 5-7)

The focus of this class is to learn the proper shapes and form necessary to perform fundamental gymnastics skills independently. This will develop your child's strength, confidence, motor skills and more. Skill progression will be based on age as well as the progress of each individual gymnast. Since children progress at different rates, stations are set up to accommodate varied abilities. Gymnasts will gain more experience across all 4 events with bars, beam, floor and vault; all incorporated into a variety of stations and obstacles. Have your child wear fitted clothing. Please NO buttons, zippers, snaps, hoods or jewelry. Bring a water bottle.
