Basic Boating Class

Earn your boating license! The class is 8 hours long in total. Students are required to attend the full session. While there is no minimum age requirement to take the class, students must be able to attend the 8-hour class and take a 60-question multiple choice test.  Successful completion of the class qualifies a person to purchase their Certificate of Personal Watercraft Operation (CPWO) for $50 on the Online Sportsmen Licensing system. The CPWO allows an individual to operate any recreational vessel including a personal watercraft.
